Dear "WingsOfTheNeophyte,"
You said:
"I have doubts about the world, when I look around me I do not see the universe Christians describe, I do not see the world they talk about, I ask why have faith? why should I beleive?"
I'm not entirely sure on what you mean by this statement.

Just for clarification, do you mean something like, "How can there be a good and loving God when we see so much suffering and death?"
You said:
"Perhaps it is a doubt in who this God is, or is it many Gods? how do I know? why should I trust one book with miracles over another? Is this God really good? Does He care on what goes on here?"
Why should you trust one book over another? Perhaps because one book is accurate and God-breathed, while the others are merely man-made. For me, there are many reasons why I believe the truth of the Bible over other religious books, four reasons
(Batten, D. 2002) are outlined here:
1. The Bible's scientific accuracy.
Some examples include: that the Earth is round (Isaiah 40:22); that the Earth is suspended in space without support (Job 26:7); and that the Pleiades is staying together cluster while Orion is moving apart (Job 38:31).
Many of the scientific verses in other 'holy' books have to be taken out of context and explained in such a way that you know the author never intended. But with these verses listed above, the verses are clear by themselves without anything added to them.
2. The Bible's prophet accuracy.
Josh McDowell, for one example, has documented 51 prophecies regarding Jesus alone. Many of these, such as His place, time, and manner of birth, betrayal, and manner of death, burial, etc, were beyond His control. For an example, Isaiah 53 was written almost
800 years before Jesus walked the Earth, yet it is a running commentary of the latter part of His life.
In addition to this, McDowell also documents 12 detailed and specific prophecies regarding Tyre, Sidon, Samaria, Gaza and Ashkelon, Moab and Ammon, Petra and Edom, Thebes and Memphis, Nineveh, Babylon, Jerusalem and Palestine. In his book
Evidence That Demands a Verdict, he shows how these were not post-dictions, that is, written after the event. The probability of all these things coming true by chance is effectively zero.
One will search in vain for one line of accurate prophecy in other religious books.
3. The Bible's civilising and life-transforming message.
I believe that if a book is truly from God that it should have practical applications and really change people's lives. For example, the Bible's message elevated the blood-drinking "barbarians" of the British Isles to decency. It also brought the Pitcairn Islands back to a mini-utopia after crew of the HMS Bounty took over and turned the place into a sexually immoral hell-hole were murder and other evil acts were rife. It is an interesting piece of history to research. Even today the message of the Bible still transforms lives. Animistic tribal groups in the Philippines are today still being delivered from fear, and former cannibals in Papua New Guinea and Fiji now live in peace, all because of the Gospel.
This is not to mention countless of drunkards, criminals, prostitutes and so on who have had their lives transformed by the Gospel message.
4. The Bible's absolute honesty.
The Bible does not honour man, but God. The people in the Bible have feet of clay and are shown with warts and all. Against the backdrop of their sinfulness, letdowns, and unfaithfulness, God's holiness and faithfulness shine through. Even the great heroes of the faith have their failures recorded, while the enemies of God's people are often praised, for example Artaxerxes (Nehemiah 2).
These are clear indications that the Bible was not written from a human perspective in which human pride should often try to lift us up rather than place us down. Further more, it is un-natural to praise your enemies yet at the same time record your failures for all to see.
The Koran, for example, seems to exalt Muhammad (in spite of historical evidence that points to the contrary) and modern Muslim interpretations of the Koran also appear to up-lift the prophets as sinless besides their obvious failures which are emphasised in the Bible.
As for whether God is good and whether or not He even cares about us, you need only look at the grace He showed us at the cross to come to the conclusion that the Christian God is good and that He loves you and that He cares for you much more than what you'll ever comprehend.
If God was not good, and if He didn't love or care about us, then He would not have sent His only Son whom He dearly loved to Earth to take your place on the cross and experience God's wrath against sin so that you don't have to if you believe in Jesus and ask Him to forgive you. He would have judged the world already and we'd both be justly in hell right now. Rather, He did all the work that was needed so that we could be saved and He is waiting patiently for people to come to repentance as He doesn't want anyone to perish.
Paul places it beautifullly: "We were God's enemies, but He made us His friends through the death of His Son" (Romans 5:10). If He does not care about us, then why does He extend friendship to us? That's a thought ponder on for a while - the God of the universe wants to be your friend. I've been thinking this question for a long time and it still blows my mind in awe when I think of it.
But wait, there's more! God didn't stop here. He has, through Christ, given us His righteousness and the rights to become His children (1 John 5:1, for example). He has promised to give us the abundant life and the fruits of the Spirit which include, love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, gentleness, and self-control as opposed to the fruit of the flesh (or human nature), which are things such as sexual immorality, impurity, debauchery, hatred, jealousy, selfish ambition, envy, rage, among many other things. He promises to give us hope and a future (Jeremiah 29:11) as well as ensuring that all things will work together for the good of those who love Him (Romans 8:28), that He will never leave us (Matthew 28:20), among many others ... there is a long list.
Many of the other 'holy' books may talk about god's love for humanity, but they never
demonstrate God's love, and particularly not in a way as done in the Bible. The Islamic god, for example, would never even consider lowering himself as to become a human being; yet the Christian God did just that. He humbled Himself to become human and then humbled Himself even further to be a servant and die on the cross. He walked the Earth as a human and knows how we feel - He knows better than anyone how it is to be rejected, hated, experience heart-ache and suffering and so on. No other god does because they haven't experienced it. It is because He experienced it and overcame it that He gives us encouragement and help to do the same.
You can tell a lot about people and God by what they do.

The four general points were pointed out in Answers in Genesis' book The Updated & Expanded Answers Book which words and describes the evidences better than I could. I have intermingled some of my statements in with them.
