hmm... then holy spirit is God which brings us closer to God, if God is within us, then it is closest to us, it don't need bring us closer to another God, then which God we should go then?
Aye, you said it. There's only one God to go to. I'm trying to understand what you're trying to say here... it isn't two seperate gods. If I put my hand on your shoulder and pull you closer, the hand is myself bringing you to myself. I know it's a poor example, but I hope you understand what I'm trying to say.
so, after Jesus completed his work on earth, which one is higher Jesus or Father? or it is equal? or there is only Jesus not Father ( or the opposite ) ?
The concept of the trinity is a difficult one, but there are two stardards here:
1) They're all the same being, however,
2) Parts of the said being submit to other parts
The father, being the God we have never known, calls the shots in his infinite wisdom. Jesus and the spirit were also God, but parts of God that subjected themselves to this dimension of existance, and consquencely to it's rules. The jews have always had the notion that when something comes from God, it almost becomes it's own being. It's interesting to note that Jesus said:
"Not my will, but yours be done" of his father. Same being, two distinct wills. Mind blowing, slightly, and hard to explain.
We can never see the father in the being we are now, and scientifically this makes sense, since an interdimensional being would probably unwind our physical world if it showed itself plainly. So, in a sense, Jesus is God's ambassator to us, and will be with us until the end and beyond. He is the father's face that we may look upon.
yolk, liquid, shell are separate element, it is called egg yolk, egg liquid and egg shell... but nevermind I'am fully understand your concept... but I just never feel it right...
nice try... yes I know why christians never perfectly understand it...
You must forgive us if we sound confusing. It's a very difficult thing for even christians to comprehend, so we try to explain it the best we can. However, I hope you don't look at this fact as "they can't explain it so it must'nt be true!".
wow, I see that is different concept to Islam, since Islam state that angels could be lower or higher than any humans, it is higher to "bad" people, and lower to "good" people...
That's an interesting statement. As Christians, we see only "bad" people. Hitler and the man that has lied once have the both wronged God and cannot make reprimands by their actions, but merely their faith (and for one, I'm a firm believer that faith without action is dead. Is this to say we can earn our way to purity? No, but I don't think someone should be in the same spiritual condition they were when they became a Christian). Only by the grace of God can we be redeemed. Angels, on another hand, God holds to a harsher penalty. Satan was cast down for just thinking of rebellion in his heart. So they are slightly higher than humans.
how to make Jesus want to send me holy spirit then?
The Sorcerer Barjesus tried to "buy" the secret of obtaining the holy spirit from the disciples. You cannot make the spirit come to you, it can only be assigned. It must also be said that "being filled with the holy spirit" is something God does in certain circumstances, weither it is to give a gift to man or guide his words and heart. The holy spirit is a subtle leading of the heart and mind God has given us. You could always pray to God and ask for it in earnst.
Now there are two different opinion...[/quote]
Yup~. That'll happen. We can't see clearly in this world, but again, I urge you not to see such things as proof the falsehood of such doctrines.
