Why don't Christians practice what they preach?

Did everyone get permission, legally, to murder ?

Murder happens, but that doesn't make it moral because of that fact.

The government hasn't given permission to murder. However, because the government
doesn't consider abortion murder, they allow it. Murder is the illegal taking of a human
life. So, if abortion is legal, then it's not considered murder.

However, it is an intrinsic moral evil. Direct killing of an innocent human being is against
the 7th Commandment from God. Thou Shall not kill.

Many proabortion people try to use the argument that the commandment was originally, "thou shall not murder"
and therefore, abortion is not against the 6th commandment.

Rights have to be based on God's morality, not morality made up by humans.

"Rights" simply are activities we are allowed to do and things we are allowed to have. That has nothing to do with morality.

The Declaration of Independence specifies that we are given inalienable rights from the Creator, not from the government.

At the time, all Americans were Christians and nobody had the right to be an atheist. Our freedom of religion did not exist until 1791.

It's where we are today and it's the cause of our nations downfall.

One big reason many people decide to stop being Christians is they only witness Christians acting badly, showing off a lot of hate and disrespect despite believing God is love and the commandment, "Love your neighbor as yourself," that came straight out of the Lord's mouth. These people are right sometimes, like when talking about Christians voting for someone who was known to rape girlfriends while married, paid them to have abortions, and abandoned his own kids, instead of a sexually moral pastor who would do whatever it takes to help girls and women not need or be paid to get abortions. While a lot of Christians in Georgia were voting for the sexually immoral candidate, Christians nationwide said sex education should never be taught in schools. Not just LGBT sexuality, but also all contraception, which obviously would prevent hundreds of thousands of abortions every year, and sexual anatomy. So instead of following through on their verbal condemnation of abortion, they endorsed it on Election Day. And it is true that many Christians get abortions despite knowing it is a sin. The same is true for many other Christian issues and I will address them later. I am starting with this one because it is the most obvious and hypocritical example of Christians not practicing what they preach.

I ended up learning from this experience that we can't blame Jesus for other people's actions. We're all responsible for what we do, whether it's Christ-centered or not. We're not perfect, and all of our sinful behaviors can get out of hand at times.

I can understand how you perceive hypocrisy with a sexually immoral candidate, then the Christians do not want sex taught in school. Sex ed is the parent's job; not the school's, not the doctor's. If Christian parents aren't giving the facts about sex to their kids, they need to and they need to stop dumping the responsibility on someone else. There's resources online.

Are you trying to say that Carter was more of a Christian than Reagan? Teaching sunday school makes you a Christian?

Don't know. I remember Carter being promoted as such. He had the Playboy interview where he talked of his faith, that really propelled him to the nomination. I helped vote him out, with my first vote ever, since in 1980 I was of age to vote. I knew neither one personally so I didn't know their daily walk.

What if the kid is a girl who has always been raised by a single mom and consequently is unable to learn about male sexuality at home? What if a kid's parents do not care about sexual orientation? What if the kid's parents got divorced? What if the kid was conceived via artificial insemination or IVF, not the natural way God had designed husbands and wives to do? As long as sexual immorality and family breakups occur; as long as transgender babies are born; as long as the gene for homosexuality exists, and as long as unwanted kids are abandoned by their parents, only school health teachers can be responsible for teaching kids everything all kids need to know about sex in both males and females. Kids need to start leaning about this stuff when they are 10 years old, not while going through puberty - and even earlier for transgender kids.

You blame Jesus because they do not follow the example that He gives us to follow? The question is not to judge others, but to judge ourselves to see if we live our life the way God seems to want us to live.

I do struggle though with WHY God created people who have the ability to rebel against him. Why do we have free will and the ability to be sinners? Could He not have created a perfect universe with no sin?

It is difficult for a parent to know how to raise their children. I was raised back in the day of Dr Spook (Spock). There is some good medical advice because he was a medical doctor. But for the most part, medical doctors are just as confused about how to raise kids as everyone else is. The Bible tells us how, but the Bible can be difficult to understand and it seems as if no two people agree on what the Bible says.

So no matter what the parents teach the kids, they get a different teaching on the internet. I did not allow my first son to watch TV and there was no internet back then. Still, he learned it second-hand at school. Because most parents do not put any restrictions on their kids and what they are exposed to.

Can your health teacher tell us WHY we are male and female? Some people claim males and females are identical and there is no difference between them. There seems to be all sorts of confusion over that. At least here in this country and in this culture. Even we are told there is a battle of the sexes. That somehow or for some reason, they are at war with each other.

Your response is an assumption all parents are perfect and every kid is raised Christian. As long as there are sinners, there will be parents who do not teach children sex education and children with no way to learn sex education outside of school.

Do you want more girls dropping out of school because they were not allowed to learn how to avoid getting pregnant? Do you want more abortions to happen because no kids are allowed to learn anything about male and female sexuality outside of their own homes?

It will always be the parent's job to teach sex education when no parents are LGBT, committing adultery, divorced, using IVF/AI, or under age 18. Children can only learn about sex from health teachers because there will always be sexually immoral parents and parents not willing to teach Biblical sex education to their children.

There is no such thing as a "Biden Supreme Court." Except for who appoints justices (the President) the SCOTUS is completely independent of the White House. So far, only one current SCOTUS justice is a Biden pick.

Of course sex education is exercising freedom of speech and the press. What else do you call teachers speaking to students in classrooms and the sex chapters in subject textbooks?

My health teacher talked about male and female anatomy. Every human with ovaries, fallopian tubes, a uterus an endometrium, a cervix, a vagina, labia, and a hymen is a female. Everyone with male reproductive organs and a ure4ter is a male. If someone has both reproductive systems - born naturally that way, not via surgery - that person is called something else, neither male or female.

There is a rare kind of person called a chimera. These people literally are two-in-one: they are the result of fraternal twins merging to become one body and have 92 chromosomes. This is believed to be the primary cause of transgenderism in cases where one twin was a boy and the other twin was a girl. But "transgender" was not a word yet in 1992.

None of those amendments mention the word abortion.

When it comes to the Supreme Court confirmation process, Joe Biden knows a thing or two — or ten.

I esp remember the Bork hearing and Clarence Thomas. That is why so many people know Biden. Justice Thomas still speaks out against Biden and modern-day liberals and how they try to railroad the supreme court.

My health teacher talked about male and female anatomy.

It has a lot more to do with hormones than the actual plumbing. Estrogen and Testosterone. At first I saw no reason to get male cats fixed. Then I saw how much it calms them down and keeps them from fighting. So you do not hear them outside screeching and fighting in the middle of the night. For me oxytocin is important also.

The only people who say abortion rights are not in the Constitution are anti-choice Christians whose top priority is treating women with unwanted pregnancies like they are second-class citizens. The SCOTUS proved again and again women's reproductive rights are in the Constitution. It also is guaranteed in the Fourth Amendment, according to one of the best law colleges in America, Harvard University. The only reason Roe vs. Wade was reversed last year was three justices are highly partisan Donald Trump picks, including a rapist, who do not care about what the Constitution says - just like he never did.

Funny, I never read anywhere in the Constitution that anybody is able to murder an unborn child. Please direct me to these passages, thank you.
