Why does the sites layout keep changing

Is it my computer or does the sites layout keep changing? I came on here a couple times and the site was different. Instead of saying Christian Forums it would say XForums or something like that, and the colors would be completely different. It's weird. But then I would come back, and it is back to its original layout. This happened twice already.

Happened to me to. My guess is site issues that are being ironed out.
