perhaps this >
Peter and Paul (2 Peter 3:14-16)

14 Therefore, beloved, since you look for these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, spotless and blameless, 15 and regard the patience of our Lord to be salvation; just as also our beloved brother Paul, according to the wisdom given him, wrote to you,.....

yet even thus revealed, shows also here what was ABBA'S choice of Paul. :)

(woe be to those who reject Yahushua, Paul, Peter or any of the ones called and chosen by ABBA !)
Yes, it is in that last verse you listed, 16, where he says the second part:

II Peter 3
16 As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.
The unlearned and unstable wrestle with the words of Paul, like they do the rest of the Bible, but it is to their own destruction!

Maybe you can offer the next question.

what reason in what verse did Yahushua (Jesus) give for not calling any person on earth "father".

try to restrict the answer to the reason Yahushua gives and things Yahushua says in Scripture, because the reasons man gives to disobey Him is much too much for this forum, let alone for this thread and game !

Abba's Shalom in Yahushua to all who read Revelation.(the last book of the book)

Matthew 23
9 And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in heaven.
There is one who is the Father of those who follow Jesus (the people He was addressing when He said this.) He is in Heaven.

Why did Jesus begin speaking to the people in Parables?

Why did Jesus begin speaking to the people in Parables?

Mark 4:12Complete Jewish Bible (CJB)

12 so that
they may be always looking but never seeing;
always listening but never understanding.
Otherwise, they might turn and be forgiven!”[a]

i.e. everyone is not to turn and be forgiven !

Luke 8:10-15Complete Jewish Bible (CJB)

10 and he said, “To you it has been given to know the secrets of the Kingdom of God; but the rest are taught in parables, so that they may look but not see, and listen but not understand.[a]

i.e. no matter how much they seem to want to , they cannot come to know truth. (other criteria are throughout Torah / Scripture and Yahushua's Word)

Good answer, but the thing that brought that about was that, TWICE, Jesus was accused of having a devil, and that the works of the Holy Spirit of God were actually done by the devil (or his lieutenant...)

Here we have some of the few verses that were given just before the ones you cited. This is the "WHY." People who don't really want the truth get a lesson on farming. Those who really DO wish to understand, SEEK the LORD to show them the truth, and are humble before Him.

Mark 3
22 ¶ And the scribes which came down from Jerusalem said, He hath Beelzebub, and by the prince of the devils casteth he out devils.
23 And he called them unto him, and said unto them in parables, How can Satan cast out Satan?
24 And if a kingdom be divided against itself, that kingdom cannot stand.
25 And if a house be divided against itself, that house cannot stand.
26 And if Satan rise up against himself, and be divided, he cannot stand, but hath an end.
27 No man can enter into a strong man's house, and spoil his goods, except he will first bind the strong man; and then he will spoil his house.
28 Verily I say unto you, All sins shall be forgiven unto the sons of men, and blasphemies wherewith soever they shall blaspheme:
29 But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:
30 Because they said, He hath an unclean spirit.
Oh, what MERCY the LORD displayed, and did not give up on these in the manner you described after only the FIRST offense of the UNFORGIVABLE SIN. This was a SECOND offense of the same nature.
__________

You may offer the next WHY question for us to ponder.

ok, noting or remembering that one or two or twenty offenses may not necessarily keep someone from turning to Yhvh (or even seventy times seven)(IN ONE DAY!) .....
but the
eye of the person - if the eye is greedy (dark), the whole being is dark... and so on...

now,
a question,

who went to synagogue every sabbath ? (there's more than one answer, and one most important i think)

Paul the Apostle

Acts 18
4 And he reasoned in the synagogue every sabbath, and persuaded the Jews and the Greeks.
This he did specifically while in Corinth with Aquila and Priscilla, his wife.

Why do YOU think Jesus wept? (John 11:35)

p.s. YAHUSHUA (JESUS) went to synagogue every SABBATH (7th day, as always), as did all the disciples(the men anyway; there were some different /possible exceptions for women, as it is written in Scripture)

Yhvh is not pleased when His people , even one, dies. It grieves Him. Yahushua wept.
because He would rather Jerusalem's people would have allowed Him to gather them under His wings, but "they would not" i.e. their will was opposed to His healing , helping, gathering them. they rebelled against HIS SOVEREIGN LORDSHIP over them. they would not listen to the SHEPHERD, so they died. he saw it, he wept.

next question: when / why does Yhvh the Creator DELIGHT in someone, perhaps even singing
over them, rejoicing. ? (from memory not sure of all the exuberance and details, but He is GRAND!). (maybe remember He says He hates the religious solemn assembly, as that is in stark contrast to who He rejoices over)

Zephaniah I think has some support for this :) .... for a few

"for a few"
is like "a remnant"
and "not the wide path"
i.e. not many people benefit
but all of Yhvh's people benefit
and most
of the world thinks they're His
and most
of the WORD says they're not His
because
of the decree of Sovereign Creator
through
Yahushua (Jesus) in these last days
(RE Hebrews 1:1ff)
