I am saying that no one can say that God exists with complete certainty it is what they believe. Just as I cannot say that god does not exist but that is what I believe.I'm not sure I understand what you mean.
Yeah but it's not just any book though, it's the word of God so it's different.
Well in that case you will never get what I mean because you seem to lack the ability to be objective.I still don't get what you mean. Cause I know in my heart that God exists, and I read the Bible and it's all in there.
"a branch of knowledge or study dealing with a body of facts or truths systematically arranged and showing the operation of general laws"
"the knowledge gained by the study of the physical world"
Because it's TOTALLY based on faith in corrupt mankind?
With this definition, can facts be found in other areas other than science?
With this definition, is fact found or created based by perception of observations?
I would agree.I don't know that there is an area other than science because the scientific method can be applied to anything, therefore everything is science.
What's up with this place being filled with atheists?
I thought this is a Christian forum where people love God.
Well science at the most basic of terms is simply making observations. You have to make observations to even have a though process. Religion would be part of science as you have to make observations to believe in religion. To Shane and Chris,
So everything is science? Is this not a circular argument then? You are basing all of your evidence as to why science is true from science. Basically, that argument is no better than the Christian circular argument,"God is real because the Bible says so and the Bible is God's Word and God is real."

Well science is just the name we give to our observations. If we didn't call it science as it is still is "Science" as it would be an obseeyThat's an interesting observation. How do you know it is true?
Science is extremely close to completely proving evolution.Evolution is not 100% proven at all, even the greatest scientists in the world will admit that.
Science is always changing. There was a time when the best scientists believed the world was flat. There was a time when the best scientists believe the Earth was the center of the universe. Now, the best scientists believe in evolution. Science is not infallible, I have no trust in it.
Now God? Well, I'm a Pentecostal. Look at one of our services and SEE God for yourself.
