Why do we STILL not have a good, free accountability software?!?

As someone who struggles with avoiding inappropriate material in the internet, I have found it very frustrating that I can't find a good, free accountability software. I understand that the developers want to make money, but they need to realize that teenagers can't exactly walk up to their mother and be like "Yeah so mom, I kinda need you to pay for me to stop watching porn and stuff." I would love to have an accountability partner, but I simply can't have one due to the fact that I'm 17, don't have my own bank account, and even if I did, it would be watched by my parents, so they would know something is up. I'm not just going to complain though, I've been getting into programming lately for the sole purpose of providing a free, reliable accountability service, and if someone knows of an existing one already, or wants to try to beat me to it, please do. Note: XXXChurch does provide a free service, but it does not work, at least not outside of their browser.

I've tried all of those. They all don't work or they require a credit card for signup and cost money.
