Though that one in particular appears to be speaking of Judas if you follow it through (whose bowels gushed out) in Acts)

Given (as Jesus says) the tongue itself defileth the body, think what comes out of the mouth invites incoming?

Personally, I can't really draw a comparison between that and the individual who has a singular, and individual belief system, as seems to be the trend in modern western Christianity.

I for one don't , but it's a fair question .

Many Catholics are obsessed with navel gazing .
They take the Church , the Body of Christ , to be just the members . They forget the Head , our Lord and Saviour , Jesus Christ .

Go to Catholic.com sometime and go to the "evangelization" forum. Notice that there is not one thread there about evangelism, but all are about how to get somebody to join the Catholic Church.
