Sons of God took to themselves the daughters of men. Seth's descendants married Cain's descendants. I think generally, the line that followed God would not have allowed their daughters to marry into Cain's line. They would have protected them, while thinking it was no big deal to marry ungodly women. Solomon had this thinking. The Bible said he loved many strange women and they turned his heart from God.

This seems to be how it transpired generally, when people were unequally yoked back then. Like Ahab and Jezebel. Maybe I am oversimplifying this, but I think it is rather simple.

Yeah. Someone tried to twist that to mean that "with her" simply meant that GOD was trying to show us that time had past since GOD had taken Eve out from Adam and that "with her" meant that Adam and Eve had become intimate

GOD called HIS SON to gather up in HIS BODY what was taken out from Adam

Children of the world could not be born except through Adam and Eve

And those children (both male and female) are being reborn and our into the BODY of CHRIST
