why did he hang on a tree?

Did you ever say what it says in Gal. 3:13 and then say see he was made a curse and took on him our sin. In Deut. 21:23 we find the quote that goes with Gal.3:. The law was if you hang on a tree you are accursed of God. Here's the answer. Jesus was a keeper of all the law to perfection. Also with out sin. He was the Holy one and God's righteous servant. But according to the law and penalty of death, (the cross) He must die. Why? For blasphemy. why? because he said he was God's son. see Mark 14:62 - 64 and John 10:33. He was a innocent man and also the son of God. They---- charged him with sin and blasphemy. Then hanged him according to Deut. 21: . He forgave our sin and not wear it like a garment. thank you Jesus. Your blood was pure and spotless.

The Blood of Jesus is the New Covenant....its the Blood Atonement , and without the shedding of this Precious Blood, there is no forgiveness for our sin.
This blood and death of Jesus is the "one time eternal sacrifice for sin".

This shed blood and death of Jesus....is so powerful that it is still paying for the sin of the world, 2000 yrs after the Cross was Raised for this purpose.

2 Corinthians 5:19

"what can wash away my sin.....nothing but the BLOOD of Jesus".
