why would Daniel write in the 4th chapter of his book that the Lord raises up the worst of men to rule, that other men would learn the error of following other men. So two questions,

1) does God still do this raising up the worst of men?

2) does this only apply to the other guys candidates or political party in our days?

Can’t wait to hear from you. Thanks

Daniel 4:17 is just talking about how Nebuchadnezzar would in fact be humbled, he would become the lowliest of men, and then restored by God's grace. The emphasis is God being in charge, not a king who may or may not fancy himself to be a god.

"For those who exalt themselves will be humbled, and those who humble themselves will be exalted." (Matt23:12)
Was this said just about Neb are did the Lord mean this was about boss in the highest realms to the lowliest realms? Why would the Lord do this and what does it mean for us as believers? Loved your answer btw

Extrapolated to our time, God told us thousands of years ago where the world is headed. It's extremely naive of us to think it will get there being led by righteous leaders. It is my belief that the conservative and liberal agendas come from the same source, and are but two roads that lead to the same end ... the antichrist.

In the end God raises Satan to the position of power to rule whole world and gather nations against Israel so yea he does that.

It's just about Nebuchadnezzar.

"this is the interpretation, O king: It is a decree of the Most High, which has come upon my lord the king, that you shall be driven from among men, and your dwelling shall be with the beasts of the field. You shall be made to eat grass like an ox, and you shall be wet with the dew of heaven, and seven periods of time shall pass over you, till you know that the Most High rules the kingdom of men and gives it to whom he will. And as it was commanded to leave the stump of the roots of the tree, your kingdom shall be confirmed for you from the time that you know that Heaven rules. Therefore, O king, let my counsel be acceptable to you: break off your sins by practicing righteousness, and your iniquities by showing mercy to the oppressed, that there may perhaps be a lengthening of your prosperity." - Daniel 4:24-27

All temporal power is fleeting. The only enduring thing is God, who rules and reigns over all.
