I know the answer and wondering why non-tithers never see that the tithe was before the law. Tithing is a heart condition.

Any doubters out there test the Lord for a year and see if he blesses you.

Abel died due to Cain being angry because his brother's first fruit offering was accepted by God while his was rejected.

Abel is first martyr see Hebrews 11:4.

Mat 23:29 Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! because ye build the tombs of the prophets, and garnish the sepulchres of the righteous,

Jesus had pointed out the Pharisees tithed (and yet in the same context from above) Jesus said

Mat 25:35 That upon you may come all the righteous blood shed upon the earth, from the blood of righteous Abel unto the blood of Zacharias son of Barachias, whom ye slew between the temple and the altar.

Which is interesting too because under the definition of tiller (which Cain was) it says

to work, serve
  1. (Qal)
    1. to labour, work, do work
    2. to work for another, serve another by labour
    3. to serve as subjects
    4. to serve (God)
    5. to serve (with Levitical service)
  2. (Niphal)
    1. to be worked, be tilled (of land)
    2. to make oneself a servant
  3. (Pual) to be worked
  4. (Hiphil)
    1. to compel to labour or work, cause to labour, cause to serve
    2. to cause to serve as subjects
  5. (Hophal) to be led or enticed to serve
They both served God, says also, Heb 11:4 By faith Abel offered unto God a more excellent sacrifice than Cain, by which he obtained witness that he was righteous, God testifying of his gifts: and by it he being dead yet speaketh.

So we have a more excellent sacrifice found here

Gen 4:4 And Abel, he also brought of the firstlings of his flock and of the fat thereof. And the LORD had respect unto Abel and to his offering:

But Cains he did not, Cain brought of the fruit of the ground an offering unto the LORD.

Even the tithe in the levitcal law is shown of the flock and of the land

Tithes of all when to Melchezedek of Abraham who preceeded the levitical law also.

I know the answer and wondering why non-tithers never see that the tithe was before the law.

So was polygamy, which Abraham ALSO practiced.

Also note that Abraham didn't tithe anything to Melchizedek from his personal property, which was still located up in northern Canaan when he went on that mission of war.

Also, what Abraham DID tithe had nothing to do with the wages of wage earners like you and me, so what he did was totally unrelated to us today where wages are concerned.

Now, if you happen to collect spoils from a war you wage, AND you meet up with Melchizedek, then yes, do follow Abraham's example with what he did with spoils of war.

Israel, throughout her entire history, NEVER tithed from spoils of war such as what Abraham did with spoils of war under his control (until he returned them to the rightful owners, minus the portion for Melchizedek and his soldiers).

Tithing is a heart condition.

No. That's not true without having scripture to back such a claim. Do you have such scriptures?

Any doubters out there test the Lord for a year and see if he blesses you.

Are you claiming that tithing is a legitimate test of God's provision for us today? If so, then based on what?
