Well, I am definitely not going to vote for him again! maybe we can elect somebody next time that has the courage to spill a bunch more (other people's) American blood over there. There was no ISIS before Obama. Situation was under control until Obama pulled the troops out.

Well I never voted for him in the first place being British. But I note the word "again" implies you may be responsible for the mess in the Middle east having voted Obama into the Whitehouse and causing his premature withdrawal from Iraq.
ISIS has had some success in a small region of failed states and near complete destruction of infrastructure by previous recent military strife, therefore ISIS is poised to completely take over the developed West. Because logic. Ever played an online game and had some 13 year old tell you he's gunna come to your house and kill your family? ISIS is sort of like that. Merely having the desire to do something doesn't necessarily make the thing within your ability. Outside a small part of the Middle East, you really are more at risk of dying by slipping over in the shower than at the hands of ISIS/L or their affiliates.
Obama didn't pull us out of Iraq prematurely -- he did so in accordance with the arrangement put into place by Bush.
Nonsence!
As Bush said July 12 2007
"To begin withdrawing before our commanders tell us we’re ready would be dangerous for Iraq, for the region, and for the United States,” Bush said. “It would mean surrendering the future of Iraq to al Qaeda. It’d mean that we’d be risking mass killings on a horrific scale. It’d mean we’d allow the terrorists to establish a safe haven in Iraq to replace the one they lost in Afghanistan. It’d mean we’d be increasing the probability that American troops would have to return at some later date to confront an enemy that is even more dangerous.”

The U.S.–Iraq Status of Forces Agreement (official name: Agreement Between the United States of America and the Republic of Iraq On the Withdrawal of United States Forces from Iraq and the Organization of Their Activities during Their Temporary Presence in Iraq) was a status of forces agreement (SOFA) between Iraq and the United States, signed by President George W. Bush in 2008. It established that U.S. combat forces would withdraw from Iraqi cities by June 30, 2009, and all U.S. combat forces will be completely out of Iraq by December 31, 2011.[1]
No one's denying ISIS/L are horrible, they're just horrible in an extremely limited area.Tell that to the Christians they have murdered or made homeless.
You think mere written facts can contradict ideology? That's adorable!
Now let's look at what Bush wrote in 2008:

Obama withdrew forces from Iraq in December of 2011 -- exactly in accordance with the SOFA Accord signed by then-President George W. Bush.

"For now" nothing. For now. But that does not change the reality for the church displaced or still remaining within their borders.

...work for counterpunch, do we?It comes to my attention the Russians seek an end to the violence but the U.S. does not. Read up in a Non mainstream news source. What one must understand is the Mainstream has an agenda that is political. http://www.counterpunch.org/2015/08/14/is-putin-planning-to-sell-out-assad/ . It is strongly recommended one seek out a "Real" source of investigative reporting. It is rare these days... The above link is one of the last true investigative sources out there.
That is not Robert Gates interpretation of that agreement he anticipated leaving thousands of US troops behind after the withdrawal. As did many Iraqis.
Obama made the withdrawal absolute cause he wanted to end the war for the US.
George Bushes thinking was determined by the realities on the ground which in 2008 were vastly improved by the surge he orchestrated.
Obama misread the readiness of the Iraqi regime to govern Sunnis and he wanted out as did his party. In doing so he condemned hundreds of thousands of Christians to death or homelessness.
For the record, many of us on the right saw the quagmire for what it was, and wanted full withdrawal of all coalition forces at the earliest. The agreement called for a complete pullout of US combat forces. Obama is not responsible for reading comprehension skills of Gates or "many Iraqis."
And the Right wanted to continue the glorious war -- we get it.
Yes, yes, he was a tactical genius -- we get it. No wonder he singed for a complete pullout of combat troops by December 2011.
Obama was Constitutionally bound by the agreement Bush signed.
Now this is where you or one of the others comment along the lines of "Since when has Obama followed the Constitution?" or other such irrelevance, thus signaling the end of discussion.
Mate in two, but I'll be kind and offer you a draw.
