Why?

Not certain, but does God use these people to help gauge what some of us are in our hearts? as in who looks the other way when they see that, and who does not? My guess is if the pic is out there, there has already been an outpouring of help for her, if it is operable anyway. Another plus for the internet.

As to your muffler, I'm assuming your point was, after you saw that, you thought...muffler? what muffler?
