Why are courting and married forums separate?

So, help me to understand. We have separate forums for courting couples, and married couples. You can't post in courting if you're married. You can't post in married if you're courting.

I started off posting in courting, and then got married, so I got my "magic ticket" to the married forum? What sense does that make?

There are all kinds of people in courting couples looking for advice, often advice that married people have tons of.

Doesn't it seem like married people should be able to pop in and drop some knowledge from time to time?

We have a forum for singles who want to ask about being married. And there's plenty of community forums throughout CF. The main hangout is a great place to go and fellowship and chat!
