I am researching into Ellen White's most egregious frauds in service of her utterly-fraudulent Sabbath doctrine. So many Seventh Day Adventist loonies come into the Sabbath Forums just parroting her deceitful garbage, that I decided to look a little deeper to discover the source of some of the stickiest loony-tunes Sabbath arguments.

White constantly rants about the "Law of God" being violated, but she mysteriously vague about what that Law actually said. We are left to guess what the Law may or may not have prohibited. As her books segues into Moses, one is left with the abiding impression that the "Law of God" she is discussing has been existence since creation. All of it. In fact, the clear impression she gives is that Moses is being given a copy of the same laws that had been in force since creation. She deceitfully never mentions the very specific legal covenants that were made with Adam, Noah, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, or the terms and conditions of any of them.
We know that much of P & P was plagiarized from The Bible History Old Testament, by Alfred Edersheim 1890.
In Volume I of Edersheim's masterpiece, we turn to "The World Before the Flood, and The History of the Patriarchs," page 38 which can be found at:

White was initiating a jaw-dropping, extraordinarily-deceitful claim by writing that without the Ten Commandments lawlessness, murder, theft and rapine would be the order of the day. She must have realized the cleanest and most dishonest way to prove this point was to avoid mentioning the comprehensive set of laws handed down to Noah, along with the requirement of a "Court of Justice" where Noahides were under "an injunction of obedience to magistrates."
Sounds suspiciously like a fully-formed set of laws with an enforcement mechanism, many hundreds of years before the Ten Commandments were handed down at Sinai! That this is NEVER mentioned is a powerful indication that Adventist doctrine is usually founded on outright lies, sins of omission and blatant fraud.
On these Sabbath forums, you will notice Adventists peddling the tired old trashy deceit that the Sabbath had been kept since creation, when the Noahide laws said NOTHING about the Sabbath. Nor does Genesis state anywhere that ANYONE kept the Sabbath prior to Sinai. And Adventists dishonestly-claim that without the Ten Commandments, Christians would be free to kill, steal and lie. Not only did White massively steal from Edersheim, but she deceitfully withheld mention of the Noahide laws in aid of her argument that the Ten Commandments had universal applicability. It is a deliberate, colossal, and dishonest smear against Christians and St. Paul, who teach/taught that the Mosaic law, including the Sabbath, was "nailed to the Cross." cf Colossians 2:13-16.

2). She lied to Adventists when she claimed that she saw this material in "vision," since we know that she actually saw it on the pages of Edersheim;
3). White lied to Adventists that the Ten Commandments had universal applicability, when she knew that Edersheim had painstakingly distinguished different laws that applied to Jews and Gentiles. She lied when she accused Christians of fomenting lawlessness when they abandoned the Ten Commandments, deceitfully withholding facts about laws long predating Sinai;

White lied by never giving St. Paul credit for carefully listing out specific prohibitions against "murdering, lying and stealing" numerous times in his Epistles, to support her contention that the Ten Commandments, and most importantly the Sabbath; continued to apply to Christians. She deliberately lied about the scope of St. Paul's definitions of a moral life and lied when she suggested that abandonment of the Ten Commandments created a "license to sin";
7). White lied when she said that First Century Christians kept the Sabbath, and she lied by never referring to the clear statements of the Church Fathers that clearly indicates the opposite. White lied when she never mentioned that First Century Christian vigorously condemned and excommunicated Sabbath Keeping as an anti-Gospel heresy.
8). White was being deceitful when she demanded that Adventists not look beyond her books, deceitfully and ominously claiming that anyone who did would end up as infidels. White told this egregious, self-serving lie so that her thefts and lies would remain undetected. White's massive literary thefts therefore remained virtually undetected until Rhea's "White Lie" made it onto the New York Times best seller list in the 1980's, some 100 years after her staggering literary thefts and monumental pathological lying had originally occurred.
Thus, one of Adventism's foundational doctrines - that they are the Remnant Church put on earth to "restore" the Ten Commandments to Christianity - is based on willful and deliberate and calculated fraud. White knew full well that Gentiles and non-Jews were given a comprehensive set of laws and enforcement procedures LONG before Sinai. She deliberately lied about that, in order to argue that the Ten Commandments were universal and binding on Christians, and particularly the Sabbath. In addition, she ignored the clear statements of Paul that described in detail what conduct was unacceptable for Christians, because he never required Christians to keep the Sabbath. Then White terrorized her ignorant and illiterate followers by making dire predictions that they would become infidels should they choose to read outside of literature plagiarized by her. Apparently, this danger could occur even if the Adventist member read the original source material that she stole from!
