What singers/bands or muscial groups do you think should call it a day? and Quit making music...

Example : petra. they're finishing this year..

But there are many more who run their race. who do you think they are?

Maybe the better thread would be "Who should keep making music?". There are less bands that should continue vs. bands that should not.

I hope I wasn't too harsh - didn't man to hurt any feelings, I just felt driven to be totally frank.

I want to elaborate.

I am 6string. 6string is a euphimism for guitar. I am a musician. Anyone who has been blessed by God with musical ability should share it.

If God keeps putting music in my head when I'm 90, then by God, I'll make that noise and hope someone hears God through it. We are commanded to use our gifts for His glory. If someone's music becomes redundant, or old, or stale, then don't buy it. But the artist should continue to do it as long as they feel the drive, because if they reach only one person - just one - it will be worth it.

Just like Jesus in "Sea of Faces" - if just one heart is gained, He still would have done what He did, and so should we.
