Now that i think about it, i could see problems with a pump action duel barrel shotgun. An old double barrel would be better.

I don't see the problem. Some people prefer guns with more than one barrel. I don't think there's a law against them at least in America.

If you ever have to shoot someone, the one thing you want
to make sure of, is that they go down. A .45 slug is heavy
enough to put most people down, but two of them is almost
guaranteed to make them leave their feet with a single shot.

It should also be somewhat intimidating seeing two barrels
pointed at you if you were on the wrong end of the gun.
