And Alias of course
Though I might stop watching NCIS, they killed one of my favorite characters off.
And I watch X-Files with my dad, my mom won't watch it.

I used to watch Alias. The first two seasons were great. The third season was ok. At least it helped to carry on after the cliffhanger of season 2. Season 4 was really boring though and I quit watching the show. I watched about half of the season hoping that the writing would improve but the show just kept going downhill. I doubt I'll watch any of season 5 but I might catch an episode sometime just to see if it's still as bad as it was during season 4.

I think it got slightly better. I was disappointed with season 4 to some extent though.

Season 4 was a dissapointment, I stopped watching it a 1/4th of the way into it. But I'll watch it when it comes out on DVD. Mr J.J. shouldn't have done Lost becaust it's so great noone gives a hoot about alias .

They killed Vaughn off!! Not fair, he was great!!

Okay...

I didn't use a spoiler cause the show already aired and hopefully everyone reading this saw the show and knows what happened last night.

Here's why Vaughn is gone:

As you may know... In real life Michael Vartan and Jennifer Garner had a relationship until Jenn did Daredevil and met Ben Afflack.
When Jenn and Ben got married, Jenn had Michael canned from the show. Don't know if it was her idea or Ben's, but that's why Vaugn/Michael Vartan is gone.

Vaughn might be gone, but we all know that in the Alias universe no one is ever permanently dead. I don't rule out the possibility that we will see him again. Besides Garner and Vartan broke up before or during last season. Wouldn't make sense for him to leave now because of the break up so long ago. Just remember, we were told for a long time that Lena Olin (spy mommy) was holding out for too much money and then...there she was, back on the show.

Jennifer Garner did not have Michael Vartan canned. It has nothing to do with their relationship. They're civilized actors, not idiotic celebrities.

What I heard was that Jennifer was the one who ended the relationship. After that, Michael didn't want to work with her, supposedly still having feelings for her. Since his 5 year contract just ran out, he took the out. However, this is all heresay, but hey, its Hollywood, since when is any of this news firsthand? And you're right, in the Alias universe, the world could suddenly end then show up again in 10 minutes.
By the way, anybody happen to remember that Sydney Bristow has no ovaries? So how did she get prego? I can't wait to see how they explain this one.
