Sorry, but only five year old girls should like my little pony
So I thought. Then one day I watched the show.
I still can't decide on a favorite pony. I usually lean towards Twilight or Fluttershy, but now and then I am in kind of a Pinkie Pie mood. The problem is that the ponies are just too complex of characters to simply pick a favorite.
Hmmm, I just scrolled down the page to see what direction the discussion has taken since the original post. Very interesting. I really wonder how we got from favorite pony to - uh, whatever we're now talking about.
Okay..serious question..why are grown adults watching a little girls cartoon about ponies????? WHY?
Then again, I still watch Tom & Jerry..so maybe I'm not one to talk.

I have a 6 year old girl. I make it a point to watch TV along with my daughter so that I can answer any questions or use some of the shows as fodder for morality tales or teaching points. We watch MLP on Netflix. The first episode of the second season is a two-parter. We only got to watch the first part and she had to head to her mom's. After back home I realized that I really didn't want to wait two weeks to see how the ponies resolved their issues with Discord. Outside of that one episode I don't watch without her, but I do look forward to watching a few episodes with her.Okay..serious question..why are grown adults watching a little girls cartoon about ponies?????
