Who is this guy?

Every morning the radio always announces it's someone of some fame's birthday. The other day it was Kevin Tighe who was in Emergency, a 70's drama. It was one of my favorite shows as a kid. As the radio host is explaining who he is (not really that famous) she said "more recently on LOST."

I could not figure it out! On even on Google it took a while.

Antenna TV airs Emergency! weekday afternoons and I catch an episode here and there. At some point during each time I watch, I think of how much I hate Anthony Cooper.
