North-Korea?
some other nation?
somebody like Elon Musk?
somebody else?

and just to be complete, I add: Aliens? But I can't really believe that these things come from outer space.

What have all the other countries with the balloons ..er now called ufo's, reported on this? Or are we just stuck with the opinions of two posters children of the WEF , Trudeau and Biden? Starting a new Cold War? All in all it's probably just an opportunity for NORAD to boost it's defense system and weaponry while hoping to not alarm Russia.
