If there are no witnessess there is no case.According to Wikipedia, people were often married at the age of 12 in ancient times. Roman law would not allow younger than 12. People mature at different rates, so probably the girl had entered puberty by the age of 9 when Muhammad consummated the marriage. Puberty was the determining factor in ancient times.
Also there is no reason to think Muhammad was a pedophile, because marriages were about connecting extended families for the practical interests of all. Sexual attraction was not very important - especially for marriages of important people like Muhammad.

Apparently Muhammad married Aisha the daughter of Abu Bakr when he was 50 and she was 6. They consummated the marriage when she was 9. It sounds bad by modern standards, but probably it was a political arrangement. Aisha seems to have been a very accomplished person.

One is that there was no universal calendar in use in Arabia at the time Muhammad was alive. The Muslim calendar began under Caliph Umar in 631 CE.

We don't really know how old the main characters were in the story of Muhammad.

As you will note, I have been respectful and truthful. The facts I stated about Mohammed I validated with what was actually written in the Quran. I'm not the one misrepresenting the facts and the actions of the false prophet Mohammed. I didn't try to change history by lying about his relations with a 9-year-old.
The fact is, we are Christ's ambassadors here on earth. If we don't defend His word, who will?

some stories have it that in the region Laban lived it was not uncommon to take girls from 3 yrs old and upwards,
Some told thet Rebecka was Three when she was taken, only to save her from the custom of the region,
but Isaak did not marry her until much later.
It was also told that she was much older when she taken.
So much depending on the tongue that speaks and of course the ear of whosoever hears.
No doubt there are wicked minds that say Isaak married her when she was three.
But we have the sages so we can check out what they agreed upon.

Neither a camel nor a sheep was slaughtered on behalf of me"...(The Prophet) married her three years before the Emigration, when she was seven years old and consummated the marriage when she was nine years old, after he had emigrated to Medina in Shawwal. She was eighteen years old when he died.

"Some time after the death of Khadija, Khawla suggested to Muhammad that he should marry either Aisha, the 6 year old daughter of his chief follower, or Sawda Zama, a widow of about 30, who had gone as a Muslim to Abyssinia and whose husband had died there. Muhammad is said to have asked her to arrange for him to marry both. It had already been agreed that Aisha should marry Djubayr Mutim, whose father, though still pagan, was friendly to the Muslims. Quran (2:244) - "Then fight in the cause of Allah, and know that Allah Heareth and knoweth all things."
Quran (2:216) - "Fighting is prescribed for you, and ye dislike it. But it is possible that ye dislike a thing which is good for you, and that ye love a thing which is bad for you. But Allah knoweth, and ye know not."

This passage criticizes the peaceful Muslims who refuse to join in the violence and terror. Mohammed is telling them that they have a lesser place in the ey tul Muslims who refuse who do not join in the violence, letting them know that they are less worthy in Allah's eyes. As a Muslim who does not believe in violence, you would be considered a second class citizen in Mohammed's teaching.
Muslims are not generally speaking bad people. For the most part they are a good and peaceful people encompassed by an evil religion of a false prophet which commands death to all who leave Islam.
