Yes, there was ritual in the early church. Now let's get back to the subject here, which is 'Who invented Transubstantiation?' (if there's anything more to be said about that. As I noted, post #4 pretty much handled the matter).

That's your opinion, and you're entitled to it, but you're wrong. Marriage is a ritual, among others. The apostles celebrated the Eucharist as Jesus showed them. A ritual.

I am glad that you declare marriage is a ritual. In fact, marriage is not encouraged in the NT. Neither Jesus nor apostles performed marriages! The chosen apostles did not observe as advocated by Paul. It was rightly based on John 6: 38-57.
