I have been typing Jesus Saves!!! over the Internet in various chatrooms and gamerooms and forums I want the World to know Jesus Saves please help me get this message out!!!!!

I admire and encourage you to continue your enthusiasm for sharing the gospel of Jesus Christ to those who need to know him.

But in the process, let's make sure our witness is drawing people to Christ and not turning them away by spamming them. Don't just post and run. Stick around and chat. Build up relationships. Show them what Christ looks like, how he would post on a message board.

Hey has anyone been to www.pocketpower.org ? Just got my first shipment of Gospel of John a few days ago, 30 for free to pass out. We are doing an evangelism study in our church and this was actually a pretty cool way to pass out not only a tract but the Bible with it.

I hear your enthusiasm. But I couldn't help but think that your really not getting the message across the way you may think you are. I'd much prefer the gospel be shared face to face. It's great that you're trying to spread the good news, but make some personal contact as well.

That way they will get the message that Jesus saves and have a place to go to learn more about it. Plus, at the phone number, a real, live human will talk to them about salvation through faith in Christ.

You can't be everywhere, and not enough of us are even bothering to talk to the people we know about salvation, so this is one way to pick up some of the slack.

I applaud you for doing what you are doing. I'm not at all disappointed that you aren't doing more. I think it's a great thing and if you need incouragement, just let me know. I started out in personal ministry doing something very similar, and God honored that and little by little gave me more opportunities to serve him and share the good news.
