Many have concocted theories on how man has been able to accomplish such great feats. They ignore the concept that man's intelligence has stayed the same throughout time or even gone down. Man was created intelligent. Certainly man has amassed great knowledge, but man has always been smart.

As example, look to King Solomon. He not only had great wisdom, but he had such a great knowledge and understanding of this world that people came from all over to learn from him. How did he learn about the things in nature that no one ever taught him?

I loathe the current ideas that man is so much smarter today than in past. What has all this progress brought us? Are the problems we have today any different than the problems of before?

The OP proposes a divine design to something made by man. It is so simply refuted that if it does not glorify God, it was not designed by God. Scripture tells us the structures built to glorify God, the Temple being the greatest. To say that something built had a divine design is just as ridiculous as saying it was built by aliens.
