Those are the "cabbage worm" moths. They are laying eggs on your cabbages that will hatch into thousands of lovely cabbage-eating worms that will destroy your crop.

Use dish detergent to wash the whole cabbages, and keep washing them every day until you harvest your crop. It's the only organic way...

The other alternative is a fungus, the spores actually eat the moth within hours. And the caterpillars/ worms also get devoured by the fungi....and it's spreads as well, because fungi uses spores...

but I've seen the video of the moth and worm slowly collapsing in because of the fungi, and the fungi kinda spreading on the surface....it's like a horror movie.....

But if you really love your crops...actually depends where you live...they may not allow this bio-stuff due to environmental reasons...
