what would the Americans Christians think of this?

What do we think of it? Probably about the same thing that Brits think of Pink Floyd's "Goodbye Blue Sky." o_O

Um, I think it's a scene from a movie???? I'm curious what you expect us to think of it?
Perhaps I'm mistaken but I always thought Christians in America didn't like religious songs changed to look foolish.
I also found out that while the British said prayers asking God to back them in battle the Germans were doing the same thing on the other side which has got to tell us something about religion.

Yes, this tells us that those who are the most Holy, Sanctified and Dedicated to God are going to have victory in the Battle.

Yeah, those Viet Cong were far more dedicated to God than the US/Australian/New Zealand/Filipino soldiers opposing them (I'm ignoring soldiers from non-majority Christian nations).

The Americans in VietNam were turning the women into prostitutes and corrupting the country with drugs. People like McCain were war criminals that were dropping Napalms on women and children.

Today Isis spreads corruption turning young Yazidi girls into sex slaves. Obama was growing opium in Afghanistan to spread drugs to the world. If America wants to be Great Again then we need to set a right example for other countries to follow.

This maybe more Sociobiology but it is still a part of the conversation.

Years after the war a British and a German veteran met in a bar. After a few drinks the German lamented that while his side prayed fervently to God for victory Germany was defeated. With a look of incredulity the Brit responded, "Sorry old chap, God doesn't understand German."

It tells us that both sides wanted God to give them victory. God,of course, has got a mind of his own.
