You have made a mistake in not specifying what you mean by creationism. If you are talking about old earth creationism of the Hugh Ross variety then the biggest threat is probably biology, specifically molecular biology with observations like shared pseudo genes and retroviral insertions. If you are talking about Young Earth Creationism with its recent global flood then the answer is all of the above because YEC is falsified by multiple observations from each of the sciences listed.

Actually it doesn't make much sense to talk about these sciences as a threat to YEC since geology and paleontology actually falsified YEC more than 150 years ago. How can you "threaten" something you have already killed?

I think the flood falsifications are the one thing that they just kind of shy away from, they try to punch holes in evolutionary theory, but nobody has come up with anything resembling a real argument against the flood.

Not by itself, but those who support it would replace the study of science with their Holy Book. In this respect, CreationISTS are a threat to science education.
