  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

Which one is you??

I have to admit that I fall into the 2nd group, too. I have tried to be a morning person but haven't had much luck! I thank the Lord for the new day on my drive into work. I think he cuts us night owls some slack. He knows we aren't really awake until we've been up for an hour or so. :)

Unfortunately the past two weeks, I have been the second! I need to get back into my exercise routine as well as eat at the right times. Too much stress with moving.......and a translator's test coming up.

Exercise really helps a person want to get up -- besides other things! Keep fit, I say..

That is cute tericl2. Thank you for sharing it. :D

Unfortunately I fall in the 2nd group too. I am a morning person, but usually I am greeted by hungry children and the first conversation of the day is "What is there to eat?" (Blame it on the kids :D ) Usually thanking God comes after the morning hunger crisis.

I am going to work on being like the first group.

God Bless,
Roberta

I am in the second group...not! a morning person at all! I remember even scheduling some college classes later so I did not have to get up so early...although now I get up earlier due to my 5 year old...the other day my 2 year old nephew woke me up at 4:30 in the morning, by opening up my eyes with his hands...which is always such a pleasant way to wake up... yep, I'm category #2

Recently I have been more of a numero uno...I haven't always been like that, but I have recently discovered that there are no such things as bad days...only bad attitudes! I think that we have to remember that God is the maker of every day, and he wants to work through you, so next time you step out of bed, think "This is the day that the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it!"
