God is ALWAYS faithful. Read anywhere in the Bible and you'll notice that ...it's a theme throughout. Talk to Him.

It's hard to be patient, but you don't want to ruin the surprise! That's how I see it...God wants to surprise us with some pretty great blessings, but it seems like (at leat in my case) that I get so impatient I try to do things on my own and it sort of ruins the sweetness of the surprise. If that makes sense! Here's an analogy:
It's your birthday and your friends are going to surprise you with a cake. But it's going to take them awhile to bake it and make sure it's just right and comes out of the oven at just the right time and that all the icing is put on decoratively, etc. You wonder if they are going to get you a cake and you start to get impatient waiting to find out! So, you take things into your own hands and decide to bake the cake yourself, because YOU WANT A CAKE. So you bake the cake, hurry it, and it comes out only half done. Then, your friends finally finish the cake, but it's too late, you went and baked one yourself. They're so disappointed because they wanted to surprise you, but they had to get the cake just right! The surprise is ruined.
If I think of my future, marriage, getting my grad degree, and all the other stuff I want to do with my life, as the analogy above it helps me to be more patient. Makes me realize that God has His timing for a reason, and just maybe, He wants to surprise us! If He gave us what we want right this minute, we may not be ready for it!
