I have a PS2 Slimline, and I like it. It seemed easier to get the hang of than the xbox, but I haven't had a chance to play the xbox that much.

Not sure about pinball but xbox has shooters aplenty. Try Halo, Return to Castle Wolfenstein or the 007 games for Doom/DN type action or the Ghost Recon and Rainbow Six games if you're looking for serious (meaning more realistic) shooters. There are, of course, tons more shooters, these are just a few.

Pinball, just type into google "pinball xbox" or something of that sort, there is a piball game coming out for sure, and the previews or reviews (if it is out) show that it's really good, I did look for it a one time but i Can't remember it's name, wait ummm...hold on...I think it's called Pure Pinball http://www.purepinball.com now, i'd swear there was another pinball game on xbox, but i seen somewhere that this pure pinball for xbox was the only current pinball game available, im not sure tho, i've seen other pinball videogames, and i think ive seen them on these next gen consoles too

I have a gamecube and so for that i would buy a gamecube, but after a gamecube i would say x-box even if I dont own one because it is way better then the ps2

I chose x-box. Its the best console available today. Its not even been used to its full potential graphics and physics wise, not even in H2. I think that the next console I will buy though will be a PS2 because there are a lot of RPG's that I really wanna play that are just for PS2. Plus the new ones are freakin tiny. Very Portable.

I dont care how much "better" processing power the Halo-TV-Adapter has, it still doesnt have quality games like the PS2 does....
