Really? I was not aware of that, and I find it surprising, since only the Greek Orthodox are having an attrition problem. The Oriental Orthodox are exploding with youth and many Eastern Orthodox parishes are very demographically healthy (much like the traditional Latin mass communities).

The two Eastern Catholic parishes in my state are small and elderly. It's my understanding, most Eastern Catholic parishes tend to be smaller in number. I could be wrong, though.

That was just my observation.
