Okay, we're well into our the final stages of Reforms Stage 3.
Basically, staff are being put into the relevant staff teams, and members are actively being recruited to become staff.
The Rules that we have up are better but are still an interim draft.
murron, our Policy Director (staff), and CaDan, our Ombudsman (non-staff), are actively rewriting our rules as we speak - it's been 3-4 days and they're still feverishly working on the rules.

Giving feedback about staff is easier now - there is a new icon in the posts of staff that looks like this:
- click on this if you want to praise or appeal a staff decision.
What left?
1. Rules rewrite.
2. Finalise Appeals protocol.
3. See how things work, and adjust accordingly.
