I lived and worked in Oxford for a bit (JR) and Banbury (Horton) I liked it.
I also liked Bicester Village, esp for Christmas shopping

because its noisy, dirty, expencive, has bad public transport (doesnt everywhere...) and overall quite bad reputation for theft and crime... (and in the 30 worst places in the country survey... lol)...
but im only 17 so when i can drive it may be better when i can get around easier etc...
