Hello Defender,
You are welcome here. If you don't know anything about the end times, this is a good forum to start learning. Jesus commanded us to keep watch, and he gave us signs to look for when he is about to return. He also warned us not to get caught off guard, because God is going to allow Satan to set a trap for all the wicked, before he returns. Don't be shy, if you have questions, many people here are glad to answer them for you. See ya.

It SEEMS like every time this forum starts getting hot, something comes along to dowse the flame.

I had a similar experience at a church I used to attend (Very small, VERY close-knit). The pastor had plans to begin a study on angels and from there go directly into an in-depth study of Revelation. We were VERY excited and were anticipating gaining some critical knowledge to help us in our "battle" (daily walk/work). Before we even started, all "hell" broke loose. I won't go into detail but the pastor ended up resigning and moving his ministry to another state. (He was Turkish and had a radio broadcast in Turkey which reached literally millions every day - just a side note)

Anyway, I just find the similarities curious...

I left this forum because of all the preterist stuff. I've been at the Interfaith discussion, mostly.

btw, I heard on Fox News that Afghanistan is now having a locust problem "of Biblical proportion", threatening 70% of their crops.

So how ya been thunder?

I would expect a comment no-less than this, coming from a preterist. But, I would say that at least 50% have been turned off, sinse the arrival of the preterists, and left. I would also guess that this forum was 10 or 15 times more busy before you preterists showed up. You guys are like termites, eating up everything above the foundation. I haven't seen it this slow, since I first joined. Aren't there preterists forums out there?? But that would be boring, huh?? Since you have nothing to talk about, except the past. To me, that would be like trying to re-breathe your own stale air. I bet your church service is just as boring, huh?? Or do you even go to a service, other than funerals, I mean?? Where there is a dead body, there the vultures will gather!!

Yeah - But you believe the same things they believe. Just like aChristian, he says he's not one too, but there is no difference in their beliefs. If you believe all prophecy has been fulfilled since 70AD, then you're a preterist whether you know it or not. Don't get me wrong, I have nothing against preterists personally, but they are on the wrong forum. Who wants to go jump and play in the mud, after he takes a bath??

Hello Wildfire,
Good to hear from you again, but it may be the end of this forum, or the beginning of a preterist forum. This forum has become a ghost town. Although the preterists have been minding their manners lately, so as to not get banned, but it's just a matter of time, and they will wear their true colors again. They have fooled most, but not all. Can you amagine letting a select few to come in here and takeover where many were having a good fellowship?? It doesn't make any sense, but the management doesn't seem to care either, just by not enforcing the rules of this forum. Go figure, huh?? Where is the good shepherd of this forum??
