  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.

Specifically where is the soul of say Daniel, King David, all those who have perished from Man's iniquity? Why did not God save Peter a second time & why did the apostles have to perish by bloody deaths?
I dont think a soul is something separate from the man. If the man is dead, there is no soul (no person) hanging out somewhere.

Genesis 2:7 KJV — And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man (the dust in the shape of a man) became a living soul.

Peter, in Acts 2, specifically said David was still dead and buried, and NOT ascended to heaven yet.

Acts 2:34 KJV — For David is not ascended into the heavens: but he saith himself, The LORD said unto my Lord, Sit thou on my right hand,

Ascension into heaven seems to require a person be alive.
