when we see the supernatural

I don't know about you but I know that when I see the supernatural I always have this deep feeling that I sort of missed something, it comes from my logical mind that says "something does not add up here" but in God's world 2 + 2 = whatever God's will is. Take for example divine healing. I told you guys before that we had a missionary from africa come down 2 months ago and he prayed over a lady who was paralized from the neck down and she got up, threw her wheelchair out the door, and walked away. There are times even still that I start to think "what if" "what if". It's because something really feels out of place. It's because it IS out of place, it's illogical! Therefore it's that much harder to beleive.

Therefore instead of living by "logical = truth"

I'm instead gonna say "logical = truth until God says otherwise"

I think you're right. So many times, our logical brains take over and I end up thinking, "Nah, that was just a coincidence." But I have to remeber that God works however He wants to.

I feel you. Logic is man's wisdom. But even the foolishness of God is wiser than man. We need to stop trying to figure out God. He's too big for our finite minds.

You guys ought to be careful when you watch those things. Remember we are living in the last days and in the book of Revelations it speaks of the false prophet preforming many miracles including bringing down "fire from heaven".

I'm not going to flat out say it isn't God but I'm not going to say its Him either. I think there are much much more evil things happening in the world than we give credit for. Even spiritually. Be careful!

Yeah, I hear you. I have never personally witnessed anything like that, but have heard stories from others. Maybe someday I'll be in the right place at the right time.

I tend to be a very logical, linear type of thinker.

I believe God still performs miracles, I can vouch for that personally, I was healed from an illness doctors said I'd have all my life, the doctor even said it was a miracle, that's a difficult thing to get a doctor to say in this day and age. Also when I was sick I was on pain meds which didn't really help, but when I took communion, the pain did go away and I felt peace.

We as humans don't understand much but God's ways are higher than ours, he works sometimes mysteriously, but always for our good.
