Put it this way: in this country it would be illegal for him to advertise himself as a doctor. His "PhD" is worth less than the paper it is printed on, and he should be ashamed of himself for claiming to love science while simultaneously insulting those who have actually taken 3 or more years of their lives to progress scientific understanding before being awarded their doctorates.

He answered all of the questions he was asked to get his doctorate, what more can anyone ask?

about 8 years. He was sentenced sometime around January 2007 (based on the date of an article that talked about his sentencing) he is sentenced for 10 years and 3 year probation.

with a quick search i couldn't find any exact dates. He is lucky he diden't get the maximum sentence, which was 225 years.
