  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

When "it" loves and is unloved, when "it" gives, and is taken from, when "it" cries to be heard, and is turned a deaf ear upon and called evil, and yet, still..... "it".....LOVES, because that is what LOVE is....THAT is painful..God Bless

after the glow wheres off, and it becomes a choice to suppress your own self centered desires and allow your own things to gain some dust so that you can make someone else happy. no matter how much you love someone, you will reach a time when you have to endure the pain of going through something youd rather not, to see that the relationship is what it needs to be, and no matter how much you love them, it will sometimes be painful.

that whats a continually growing and healthy marraige requires.
you will often have to put things you want to do aside, in order to make sure your mate is emotionally fullfilled, and that is painful in a way. but its good.
becuase they will do the same for you.

love is painful, when you choose to make love more important then some of the other things you enjoy, in your life.

What a question!
Love is painful when our expectations about it are unrealistic
Love is painful when we do not love ourselves as much as God does, and thus in turn, find loving others difficult (you may argue that, I realize)
Love is painful when your arms reach out for it and touch nothing but air . .
Love is painful when the darkness of death hovers over it, and there is nothing you can do to drive it away . .
Love is painful when it is so exquisitely rapturous that you fear your heart cannot hold it all . .
Love is painful when we demand it
