  • CF has always been a site that welcomes people from different backgrounds and beliefs to participate in discussion and even debate. That is the nature of its ministry. In view of recent events emotions are running very high. We need to remind people of some basic principles in debating on this site. We need to be civil when we express differences in opinion. No personal attacks. Avoid you, your statements. Don't characterize an entire political party with comparisons to Fascism or Communism or other extreme movements that committed atrocities. CF is not the place for broad brush or blanket statements about groups and political parties. Put the broad brushes and blankets away when you come to CF, better yet, put them in the incinerator. Debate had no place for them. We need to remember that people that commit acts of violence represent themselves or a small extreme faction.
  • We hope the site problems here are now solved, however, if you still have any issues, please start a ticket in Contact Us

I think it should be "George Bush poster child for terrorists". Like I've said before, you can't wage war against an abstract noun. Obviously, he doesn't understand that.

I truly hope your daughter comes back safe and well. I can't imagine what you will go through.
So funny. What do democrats anything about fighting a war? US lost in Vietnam (or should I say "quit") on the soil of San Francisco streets and other streets in the US. The US were fighting against two fronts: Viet-cong and the liberals. Now, the liberals are at it again by shooting itself on the foot through the media, ill spoken senators, protesting organizations, etc. I have always believe that If I ever go to war with a liberal, I might as well go alone. Don't need any heavy baggage pulling me down.

Respect for human life yes. Evil life no!

That's very interesting, because, you see, I think of at least half of you Americans as being subhuman, evil life; yet at this forum I'm often in trouble for such a view. Isn't that odd? ;)

So, please tell me why your view of Middle Easterners is right and my view of you is wrong?

Let me get this straight... you're saying that by terrorising the local population, you will be able to peacefully occupy another soveriegn nation.

Talking about "Middle Easterners" I guess your talking about Mohammadeans?
Well lets see their faith teaches to destory anyone not apart of it, maybe untill their "holy" book says exactly this "kill every besides people like us" you won't be happy.

Oh, because any war your revered leaders get you into for any ol' reason is enough to just follow like sheep to the slaughter, crying the US equivalent of "Alu Akba!" or something, so that a few rich men can get richer.

Believe me, the "heavy baggage" we all have to carry when greedy men murder other populations en masse to satiate their own lust for power and wealth is the greater load. Thank goodness for those who dissent and cry "foul!".

I'm talking about people who are of Middle Eastern descent.

Just like the Bible, as far as I can tell.

What makes you think, given all the posts I have seen at this forum, that you are better than them? 'Cos honestly, I can't see it.

To deal with these people you must do things which may seem wrong, Chirst told his follows to sell all their good and buy them a sword if they must. Here we need the sword, I do not wish death upon the earth, yet I would rather they be dead than our own men, is that a crime?

Perhaps you could rather there be no men dying from war. Continuing the cycle of violence will never end it.

Killing hundred of thousands of his own people not good enough? Thanks for the sympathy.

Where has the US profitted? The US came in and liberate then give it back. Tell me where the US profitted? If what you said is true then Kuwait, Afghanistan, Phillipians, Japan, Germany, etc. belong to the US, right?

The ones who are crying foul are the unsympathizers or the sympathizers of the oppressing leaders.

Typical black and white thinking - if I am against the current war in Iraq, I must be a Saddam supporter.

Where has the US profitted?
War corporporatism and the industrial-military complex.
The US came in and liberate then give it back.
Ahhh, not quite. Iraq is now in even greater danger of becoming a cruel and tyrannical theocracy like some of it's neighbours - neighbours the US supports, btw.

As the old saying goes - new boss just like the old boss.

Tell me where the US profitted?
War corporatism and the military-industrial complex.

Nope. Strawman.

The ones who are crying foul are the unsympathizers or the sympathizers of the oppressing leaders.
This is a laughable statement. The US supports many oppressive leaders around the globe (in many cases actively nurturing and appeasing them).
