When does Sacred Tradition "end?"

The canon of the Holy Scriptures is closed already, but I was just wondering if Sacred Tradition has "ended" (i.e.: it finished with the death of the last apostle), and if so, when exactly did this happen?

while there are specific things found in Sacred Tradition, such as Assumption of the Virgin Mary.

I would say that the bulk of Sacred Tradition is simply the proper understanding of Scripture that has been handed down from the Apostles

so in a way, Sacred Tradition is really the same as orthodoxy?

I am just throwing out ideas, sorry I do not have a more solid answer

Read the Catechism. The only time things need cleared up is when a new 'issue' comes forth such as invitro-fertilization [et al].

Otherwise - Tradition is set - all answers to modern problems stem outward from that.

The Assumption and so forth are made dogma - per the Tradition of the Church.
The defining of such Tradition is when they are announced and named. AKA defined for clarity.
