Does it end when the judge says it's over? Does it end when one person abandons the other? 6-months, a year, or longer after they've separated. When one says to the other "It's over"?
Let me jump right to this scenario: A woman is waiting for her divorce to be "final." A fellow asks her out. Someone at church says, "That's emotional adultery because you're married." But, he left me 2 years ago. "You have to respect the laws of man, and they say you're still married." My ex has been sleeping around for two years, and the laws of man say it's o-k for him to do that, so why is it emotional adultery if i go to dinner with a guy?
Big can, lotsa worms, no waiting.
