Before you were told this, you had no opinion on the matter itself? Were you aware of any origins dispute at the time leading up to this? What would have happened if you weren't told this?At 14 when I had to choose between Latin & biology

Depends on what you mean by 'Creationist'. Generally, a Creationist is someone who believes that a divine intelligence 'caused' the universe and/or the Earth and/or terrestrial life and/or human intelligence.I'm of the persuasion that there is no such thing as a non-creationist.
AV, what do you consider to be a Creationist?
That's a pretty meaningless definition. "Everybody's a creationist because my definition encompasses everyone."One who either believes this universe was created, or one who doesn't know where the parts came from (which means that I give them the benefit of a doubt).

Fair enough. Of course, this definition renders the word moot, since it encompasses everyone: theists, atheists, evolutionists, anti-evolutionists, humans, fish...One who either believes this universe was created, or one who doesn't know where the parts came from (which means that I give them the benefit of a doubt).

So be it --- I already said there's no such a thing - (in my opinion).

Which means, your opinion is less than worthless.
