For in Nehemiah this was the rebuilding of the wall and not the exodus..

well when we are speaking of the exodus this was when Moses led Gods people out of egypt.. This I see in comparison of Jesus and leading His people out of the land of sin.. And with both these there are woman and men and Children.. What do you think?

The power of sin is the law (Moses) accuser, Christ = the END of ~the Law~

Rev 11:8 And their dead bodies shall lie in the street of the great city, which ~spiritually is called~ Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord ~was crucified~.

The Vine of Sodom is referenced from where Paul pulls his discourse speaking of their throats being like tombs with the wine of asps under their tongue.

Whats interesting, is we know we overcome the world through Christ, yet at the same time it speaks of overcoming a ~THEM~. The gates of death are referenced as a ~THEM that HATE ME~ and those that HATE instruction (casting his words, they hear daily) behind their back speaks allegorically to where our Lord was crucified (no prophet can die outside Jerusalem) which is where he died. Its "spiritually called such as its always spiritual with spiritual (in the reasons expressed throughout scripture).

I see those things written beforehand written down for the Churches instruction. The making of one nation (a holy nation) out of another.

Am I getting what your asking or looking for IAA?

Notice also (spiritually speaking) when Isreal was A CHILD it was THEN I loved him? BUT he calls HIS SON ~OUT OF~ Egypt. The Child is under the Law (Moses) but the SONS (led by the Spirit) are NOT under the law (Moses).

Speaks of the rock of AGES, I see that of a Child and that of a Son (even in us) by divine appointment in these things. Sons are the overcomers (by faith) of which the law (the Child is shut up to) is NOT.

It's all in how you look at it. Officially it began at Pentecost.

But our salvation began before the foundations even, when Satan rebelled. It was God's good pleasure to make man and make man for himself, to share His life with him. It started then.

It will all end with the new heaven and new earth.

My point is, there is no specific time Christ's Church began. It was always God's plan and everything that has happened, lead to Pentecost.

It began with Adam and Eve biting the apple, it began with Abraham, Moses, the prophets.

It began when Mary said, "Let it be done..."

It began when the baby Jesus was born... it began when he started is ministry... it began in Matthew 16...

It began at the Last Supper, it began at the cross, it began when he rose, when he breathed on the 12 and sent them out when he ascended.

So I don't think there is a time you can pinpoint. IMO, the Church always was, it just wasn't always in time.

IAA, if you are referring to when the mystical body of believers began, when ppl began to belive... I would guess it was when John was baptizing.

He preached repentance for the kingdom was at hand and then Christ comes up and John says, "Behold the Lamb of God..." and then he baptized Him.

The crowd seeing the Spirit ascend on Him and hearing God say, "this is my son... listen to Him."

Jesus went off into the dessert and when he came back, ppl were waiting for him.

But really, if the body began the moment one believed, then really and truly, it began with Mary becuase she was the first to believe and then with Elizabeth and St. john the baptist.

They were the first believes.

As we can see, the pattern of the Bible is to identify the church as a kingdom. What is dropped in this is the 'physical' meaning. It is my belief that this is purposefully done by God to separate the spiritual minded from the carnal minded. (1Cor.3:1-3)

The church/kingdom is written as to start in Jerusalem, be called new Jerusalem, spiritual Israel.

This spiritual kingdom was said by Jesus, to come while some of those standing with Him have not yet died. "Truly I say to you, there are some of those who are standing here who will not taste death until they see the kingdom of God come with power ." (Mk.9:1)

As we see, the spiritual kingdom was to come with power. So it did on the day of Pentecost (33 A.D.)

The Visible Church (the one made one by the Eucharist) started at Pentecost when the Holy Spirit arrived one it

The Personal Church (you are the temple of the Holy Spirit) started at your baptism
