just finished book 13...the paper back came out on the 4th...downed 1220 in less than a week...it was absolutely amazing!!!

Anxiously awaiting Memory of Light.

I began reading Robert Jordan close to 10 years ago. I remember when he first announced that he was sick. I was so saddened.

Sanderson has done a pretty good job keeping up with the characters. I even think he has stayed true-to-form for Mat. Also my favorite character.

Time to toss the dice!

I hate to keep a dying thread alive....but I absolutely love the series. Probably one of the best fantasy series ever written. Robert Jordan is a fantastic writer. Anyone who has not read them, should. They are that good.

I finished book 7 and I am now beginning on book 8. The problem is, the plot can be kind of slow for book 7. I still love it very much, though.

sadly that happens every 3 or 4 books. he reaches a point where hes gotta set some more stuff up. it not that its bad just slower.

The Path of Daggers (#8) was his first book to go to the #1 New York best sellers list.

The Path of Daggers seemed to me, to drag on a bit, but the next one Winter's Heart was one of my favorites. Hope you're enjoying the series as much as I did.
