Believe it or not, all these things can belong to either Satan or God.
When they come from God, they are used to glorify Him & His Word & are the "gift" that He gave to that individual.
But they (more times than not) come from Satan, who likes to give man power to keep us from straying onto God's side.
They are from one or the other, but not both at the same time.
For example: a psychic is a gift from Satan, but a prophet (same thing) is a gift from God.
