I made homemade ham and bean soup with a side of cornbread and made a carrot cake for dessert.
Oh my gosh, Oh my gosh, goodness. That's good for a few days except for the carrot cake. My favorite! Will you share with us?

Cocoa pebbles and a glass of water for breakfast. For lunch i had mixed fruit and a protein bar
What's with this, people eating so well, lol.
pebbles is cereal? I prefer sustenance, like steak, eggs and potatoes, lol. I should have eaten my bagel before I read all of this wonderful food.

A fig bar and yogurt for breakfast. Some grilled chicken with mixed vegetables for lunch. A soft pretzel for a snack. No idea what dinner will be! Perhaps something grand, since I'm in a celebratory mood today.

I had stewed tomatoes, and chopped beef with onions and agar ( yes people can eat it) and coffee this morning .

I got the agar from a Chinese grocery a while ago and just decided to cook it . It’s tasteless so you can add anything to it

Well my mom is from the south. I’ve lived in and out of it. I’m in the heartland now.
I guess this counts? I'll just gently pat my face instead of a full slap :D

chicken balti?
Balti literally means bucket in Urdu, Hindi and Bengali. The curry is named after the dish it is served in, a kind of iron wok which is used to cook vegetables such as chicken and vegetables (tomatoes, onion and and spinach, normally). It is based on a traditional Kashmiri recipe and it is claimed the dish was first developed in Birmingham, England, during the 1970's.
