why are people insulting me? It was a post to get other fans opinion!!! I like fanfiction and do write it.I find this very insulting!!!Ichigo i have been reading fanfiction for 2 years and have come across everything.Fanfiction is just something made up.I also posted this becuz i wanted Ryou/Bakura fans to know what goes on in fanfiction.I mean come on.Everyone has different likeings.I have SEEN stuff i shouldn't have seen on some certain sites.Im just asking what other people belive ok?

Hey, who's making a big deal? The question was:

Do you really think the Evil bakura abuses Ryou? Maybe just mentally? I know what that feels like...trust me....Do you think Ryou is really suicidal? Please post on this.

1. I don't know if Ryou and his Yami can even communicate with each other.
2. If they did, his Yami would probably just ignore Ryou and lock him up somewhere in the depths of his mind so Yami wouldn't be bothered.
3. Ryou just may be suicidal. How many times has he taken the fall so Yami wouldn't win? However, I think that should be left up to Takahashi.
4. Fanfics leave a bad taste in my mouth, usually they're out-of-character. Somthing like suicide and abuse shouldn't be taken lightly.

I write fanfics also, but I don't know about abuse and suicide as topics. this is partly becaause my parents can't stay out of my business. if I was writing a story with suicide in it, they may jump to some hasty conclusions

I am feeling very upset at this.this was supposed to be a thread to talk about Ryou and his Yami.Not a thread for people to flame me or flame what I post about.And I like reading fanfiction.And writing it.I think it is a great way for some people to get there feelings out and let them expirence the anime they are writing about in there.....well....how to put this...own words.They can make up what they think.Me and my friend Cassie had a very long talk about Ryou and his Yami.And Argyle,Ryou is my favourite character in yugioh and I can be obsessed with him if I want.

Well, just to say, I'm sorry if I insulted you. I've just never been quite partial to fanfiction. But anywho, sorry if I upset you in way, I wasn't meaning to be mean.

Anywho, like Taboo said, I do not understand how Ryo could be abused by his own seperate personality anyways. The only thing I could imagine is verbal abuse, but with fanfiction you would have to ask the person who wrote the story about him beating...himself...?

Look at it this way,in fanfiction people give Ryou's Yami his own body.But in other fanfics they have Yami Bakura take over and drink beer or somthing.Im just stating what fanfic writers have put.Its no big Deal ok?Just let me post what I want about Ryou and his Yami and if you don't like this thread,STAY AWAY FROM IT!!!!

Well, I'm thinking it is some form of abuse when yami ryou gets into a battle and gets sent to the shadow realm.
remember: There's not much to eat in the shadow realm. Isn't starvation like that a form of abuse?

I would think that Ryou would be too busy screaming to get out. Floating in an endless black abyss would get you no where. Interesting how they have the same name......Ryou Bakura and Yami Bakura. And, why are they searching for Yami Yugi's name? They already know what it is! Isizu told him in the museum on the Milineum tablet, and Yugi, and everyone else is still calling him 'His other Self'. Doesn't Yami get tired of being called 'other me' by Yugi? Even if the retarded developers of the show left a humongous plot hole with the stupid 'Milineum World' deal.

maybe he was crying in the shadow realm.And yes J,Starvation is a type of abuse.We don't even know what happend to him when he was in the shaodw realm.Maybe his greatest fears came to life and like, tortured him ya know? If I had been him, I would have gone insane and be found in a dark corner of the room i was rocking back and forth.*nods* yup.I would be traumatized for life.

Well, I think it would be really hard for him to put on his happy mask once having returned from the shadow realm.

I don't know about this for sure, but didn't yami ryou once say, like, "you fool [for sending me to the shadow realm] I own the shadow realm." what's up with that?

Not True. Peten, the Dark Clown stabs with "Bloodlust Slash" on Yami Yugi on the movie. I'd consider that an injury.

im saying in the show he is the most injured.In battle city he was injured and in the pahroh's memories ark he was injured.I have seen pics proving it.
