It's good to be on here with you all. Weather in my part of Florida has been hot and humid. No surprise It's Florida. Temps in the 90's and we have had two weeks of rain! Look forward to interacting with everyone.

Temps near 100, with the heat index over 100 today; humidity is off the charts
Occasionally we get a breeze off the lake, and thankfully we are shaded by the woodlands, so I really can't complain
Isolated T-storms possible later today.
Tonight will be very warm and steamy (lows in the 70's)

It was, yet another hot one today, I slept a couple of hours of it away this afternoon

Last night's forecast for today was for a high of 28.C / 84.F

I'd say it didn't fall short of that figure, the air quality was "very thin"

Similar tomorrow ... I know, I should be overjoyed !!!!

Hot here, and even hardened sun-lovers are longing for cooler weather.

This is the first heat-wave I have enjoyed in years, partly because I've found that Factor 50 sun-screen works, and my skin doesn't hurt anymore, and partly because this house is cool. Praise the Lord for His provision - I had no idea about moving at the beginning of the year, but I couldn't have coped with the last house in this weather.

Rain, and possibly thunder, due Tuesday I believe.

Here in Seattle its overcast and the Weather people say its supposed to hit 80. The thing is they've been wrong consistently- (50% or so) for the past 6 weeks. Strange!
